We are seeking someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with children both in a whole-class environment and in providing tailored, individual support.
- Confident in supporting learning across the primary curriculum.
- Willing to take direction from the class teacher, while also demonstrating initiative when required.
- Experienced in working with children and eager to further develop their skills.
A relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education or a related field, is desirable.
Competent in using IT systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams essential. Knowledge of Arbor and ParentMail would be an advantage, although training will be provided.
- A team player who remains calm, flexible and organised in a busy school environment.
- Previous experience working in a school setting would be beneficial.
- Supportive of the Christian ethos of the school.

Salary: Grade 2 , Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks per year)
Contract: Maternity Cover, Full-Time, Start Date: November 2025
