The Sea - a poem by a year 4 pupil

The sea.

In the deep blue sea,

Where the seaweed creeps,

The great shark sleeps

And the dolphin leaps.

The water is clear,

And the animals hear

Their very worst fear

That can go to their ears.

It’s the great white shark,

His eyes are dark,

It’s no play park

When you see the shark

The sea is dark, the sea is scary

The sea is defiantly not ordinary
