In Music, the children have been exploring the work of
Ludovico Einaudi by listening to his composition 'Elegy to the Arctic'. The
children really enjoyed watching and listening to his work as an introduction
to our topic this term - Frozen Kingdom. They then compiled a list of
instruments they could use to compose our own Elegy for the Arctic.
Today, they have been practicing with a range of instruments
and composing their work as a class. Here are some pictures from today’s
lesson.
Next week, we will be recording our composition.
