As the 2023/24 academic year comes to a close, The Friends would like to take this opportunity to thank all the parents, volunteers & staff who have helped make this year such a success - we have smashed our £8,000 target and raised an incredible £11,093.
Thanks
to your support, we have funded two experience days for the
whole school - First Aid course and Bassistry Arts Drumming workshops. We have contributed towards the Year 6 London
trip and resources for the Foundation and KS1 years. We have bought art drying racks, camera
tri-pod and carpet for the Nurture hub, plus our usual yearly donation of £150
per class for teachers to purchase supplies for their classroom.
A huge thank you to all our volunteers, we couldn’t do this without you. Thank you for helping us sweep up the popcorn,
hand out hotdogs in the dark, put gazebos up and man the fete stalls in the
rain. Our success has depended upon you
and your families and we hope our events are creating lasting memories for your
children.
