On Wednesday afternoon our Year 6 children were invited to Thomas Mills High School to watch a display of owls.The demonstration was by a charity called 'Owl Wise' who look after injured or badly treated owls. Most of their owls are returned to the wild. Demonstrations such as this are valuable fundraising events.
We got to see Eagle owls, Barn owl, Hawk owl and Longed eared owl.
