Greetings from Whitwell

After a very wet start to year 6 camp the weather has improved today. Whilst it was raining it was a good opportuinity for everybody to learn a Whitwell skill: macrami. Lots of bracelets and necklesses have been made.
We did manage a campfire and sing song last night and everybody went to bed in good spirits.
Today we have been stream (not pond) dipping - loads of fish and insects. Archery has been great fun - Mr Brook has the highest score (of course).
The boys have been playing lots of cricket in spare time - really looking forward to tomorrow!
The food has been good and all the children helpful.
