Anglo-Saxon bread-making

In class PL we have followed a traditional Anglo-Saxon recipe to make bread. The Anglo-Saxons grew wheat, barley and rye, which could be used to make flour. Our bread contained rye flour and also flax seeds and honey, to make it more authentic.
