A Tudor Christmas

You might have noticed that we featured in today's East Anglian Daily Times - front page and inside.
Here are some more pictures and videos from what was a brilliant 2 days of activities.

Having studied the Tudors this half term it was the perfect way to finish off what has been a superb topic.
The day started off with a series of workshops where the children could learn a skill or craft.
Soap making

Candles from bees wax
Bread making
Perfumes
Writing with home made ink

This video shows a quick view of the Tudor workshops.

In the afternoon we enjoyed a Tudor Christmas Eve banquet which featured food, wine (pretending) and entertainment.
The top table - the most important people (including Charlotte - it was her 11th birthday).
Acting
Juggling

Dancing
