Week 2 of Forest School and the children began the session by thinking about animal habitats. The children made a woodland animal a home ensuring they were safe,dry and snug.
Other activities during the morning included digging, planting, hiding, the mud kitchen and using books to identify different bugs.The children also enjoyed manoeuvring and balancing along a slack line tied between two trees. We finished the morning by all helping to plant a Horse Chestnut tree donated to Forest school by our wonderful Mr Brook.
