‘WIND IN THE WILLOWS’
Just to remind those who have tickets to see ‘Wind in the Willows’ this week that the doors open at 6:40pm.  The Friends will be holding a raffle and also selling refreshments in the interval so do bring some money if you wish.  The seating is raised with hard benches so we recommend you bring a cushion to sit on.

CLASS PHOTO ORDERS
Orders for the class photos handed out last Thursday MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SCHOOL BY MONDAY 1 JULY. Please note that late orders will incur a surcharge of £3.50 and will need to be sent by you directly to the photographer so do get your order into us in time.
There is a copy of the full Year 6 colour photo at the office to view.
Please ensure you complete the proof card and return it with payment - either Cash, Cheque (cheques payable to VAN COLS LTD) or Visa/Debit card.

SPORTS DAY KS2 START TIME CHANGE– Monday 1 July
Last week’s letter stated KS2 start their Sports Day at 10.30, however this was incorrect.
KS2 children will start with an Opening Ceremony at 9.15am and KS1 will join them at 9.30am. KS1 will finish by around 11am and KS2 will finish by lunchtime.
Please see overleaf for details and the timetable for KS2 races – this replaces the programme that is usually handed out on the day, so please bring it with you.

REPORTS OUT – Friday 5 July
Pupils in Year 1-6 will be given their reports next Friday, please remind your children that the reports are addressed to parents and should not be opened until they are handed over to you.
The reports are very detailed, and therefore we will not be running formal parent consultations, however, if you feel that you would like to speak to your child’s teacher about the report, then please arrange a suitable time directly with the teacher.

Reception pupils do not receive a report, but the teachers will be holding Parent Consultations in their classrooms on Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 July from 3.30-5.30pm; please sign up for a time on the list outside the Reception classrooms.

Nursery will be having Parent Consultations for the children moving up to Reception on Wednesday 10 July from 3.15-6.15pm. Please sign up for a timeslot on the list outside Nursery.

INFORMATION FOR CHILDMINDERS
There are still spaces available at the ‘Keeping you up to date meetings’ for childminders (non-accredited) on the following dates: 29 June 2013 Bury St Edmund; 6 July 2013 Kesgrave.
Book your place via www.suffolkcpd.co.uk  using course code CMOSC.

PARKING – COUCY CLOSE
We have yet again recieved a complaint from residents in Coucy Close about inconsiderate parking of parents when they drop off/collect their children.  Apparently parents have been parking across access drives so that residents are blocked in.
PLEASE CAN WE ASK PARENTS TO PARK LEGALLY AND WITH CONSIDERATION FOR THE RESIDENTS.  Thank you.

LADIES’ PAMPER EVENING * Book now to secure a place *
Please use the booking forms on the Friends noticeboard outside the school hall to book treatments. Payment is made on the night.
