MESSAGE FROM MRS ARMSTRONG
I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the pupils and staff at Sir Robert Hitcham's School, both past and present, for everything they did to make my final week at the school so special and so memorable.  The cards and scrapbooks were full of lovely pictures and messages, which I will treasure for a very long time, and the pieces of music, songs and poems included in my leaving assembly were fantastic.  I'm still laughing at some of the words!  Since being given my smart new bicycle, it has been in use regularly as the weather has been good enough for me to cycle to my new job almost every day, so thank you very much to everyone who contributed towards that and to all of the other gifts that were presented to me.  The staff and governors also gave me a wonderful send-off on the last night of term, and I would like to thank all of them for helping to make it exactly the kind of evening I wanted.  Framlingham, and this school in particular, will always have a special place in my heart and I know there will be occasions when I pop back to see everyone again, so I will look forward to seeing some of you from time to time.
Best wishes to you all for this coming school year, Gillian Armstrong.
