World Thinking Day for Rainbows, Brownies and Guides
February 22nd is World Thinking Day for Rainbows, Brownies and Guides and it is a time when the girls think about all our guiding members across the world. February 22 was chosen as it was the birthday of Scouting and Guiding founder Robert Baden-Powell and of Olave Baden-Powell, his wife and World Chief Guide.
Those children that are part of Scouting or Guiding may, if they wish, come to school in their Rainbow, Brownie, Guide, Beaver, Cub, Scout uniform on Friday 27 February (as this is the closest Friday to Thinking Day).
This is not a fundraising activity so no money is involved, just a nice thing to do!
