House Football - Round 1 of 2015 League

The first round of the inter-house league was played in perfect weather and with a large crowd of parents watching.

This was the first time that we have had 4 pitces in operation - great new goals plus thanks to 4 referees helping us: Mr Byer, Mr Mulrnhan, Nathan Skeggs and Mr Freeman.
This was also the first time that we have had enough girls to run a girls only competition alongside the boys.

Results from week 1 below.

Brazilian Music in Class PL

On Thursday 10th, Class PL spent the morning with Cléa Thomasset, the project manager of ‘Clube do Choro’ U.K, learning to sing ‘choro’, which are Traditional Brazilian songs, sung in Portuguese!
Our class has been given the exciting opportunity to perform two choro songs with Cléa and other professional musicians, at the Flipside Festival, which is being held at Snape Maltings from   2nd – 4th October.
We are performing at 11.30 a.m. on the Sunday, in the Big Top tent.
