Our judges had such a hard time this morning in deciding which of our four Houses would take the cup for winning the House Singing Competition 2023.
After each House performed the song 'Celestial' and a second song of their choice from a musical*, the 5 judges - Rev Davey, Mrs Lavery (Governor), Mrs Mawson, Mrs Johnson & Mr Jewell - deliberated while the children waited in anticipation!
*The four musicals that the children performed a chosen song from were Matilda, Oliver, Frozen & The Greatest Showman.
All the KS2 children gave outstanding performances and the audience really enjoyed the whole event.
Well done to Howard who were named as the champion this year.
All the songs were recorded and hopefully can been uploaded for parents to listen to next week.
