Sizzling Summer Fete!

What an incredible evening we had on Friday with the Summer Fete.

The Friends committee have been organising this for weeks and went full-on in the last few days setting up the field with gazebos, straw bales, stages & sound systems in order to deliver a truly wonderful event for all our children & families.  They were delighted with the turnout, and are now busy working out how much was raised for the school.

The school would like to say a huge thank you to the brilliant Friends committee for their terrific focus and tremendous hard work. 

The Friends also wish to give a heartfelt thank you too to all the parent volunteers and staff that helped with the set up & running of the event - without everyone's help, events like this would not be possible.

Get Involved, Make A Difference! The Friends are really keen for more parents to join their team, and hope that many of you who came along and enjoyed the atmosphere will be willing to sign up to the committee or sign up as a volunteer. So if you're pro-active, dynamic & social please message the Friends to join or volunteer on friends@hitchams.suffolk.sch.uk  The Friends are a great social team as well!
