The first round of house cricket matches were played in lovely weather on Friday after school. Like last year the standard is very high amongst all 4 teams. Bulstrode beat Mills by 22 runs with Guy Blades batting well and his brother Adam bowling superbly.
In the oter match Hitcham scored a large total (with Jake Warren outstanding with bat & ball) which Howard could not quite reach. They got a good score themselves but lost by 36 runs.
