Each shoe box should be filled with items as specified in the leaflet handed out today and should be clearly labelled. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO CUSTOMS REGULATIONS there are items that cannot be included – please read the leaflet. Extra leaflets are available from the school office.
We cannot send the boxes if there is no £2.50 to cover the transport costs, so please only send in shoeboxes with the accompanying £2.50.
Please return the filled shoe boxes to school by FRIDAY 8 NOVEMBER so that we can arrange collection. THANK YOU.
We should not accept loose cash in the school office – PLEASE can we remind parents that dinner monsy should come in an envelope with your child’s NAME and CLASS and the DAYS they want lunch on it. Without this information you payment may not be recorded. Cheques too should have these details on the reverse. THANK YOU in advance for your help .
GENERAL CATERING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED
EATs Catering have vacancies for Relief General Catering Assistants in Suffolk to work a minimum of 2 hours a day, term time only in various schools. Full training will be given. You may need to travel to various sites, so a full driving licence and car insurance with business use is essential. Travel expenses paid at 45p/mile. Rate of pay £6.29 per hour. If you are interested please contact Mrs Chapman in our school kitchen.
CHOIR CANCELLED AGAIN THIS WEEK – Volunteers still required
As we have had no offers of help from a volunteer adult for Wednesday after school choir we are afraid that it will definitely be cancelled again this week. We will update parents via this letter next week if this is a permanent cancellation or just temporary until a volunteer comes forward. Reception Applications letters and forms for next year are now available at the school office.
Please note they MUST be returned to the Admissions Team at Ipswich by 15 January 2013.

HARVEST FESTIVAL COLLECTION
Thank you to all those parents who donated food gifts for Harvest which will be taken to the West Villa Homeless Families Unit in Ipswich and the collection at the end of the KS1 / KS2 service raised £101.30 will go to the Soup Kitchen in Ipswich.
