CHARITY DAY – THIS FRIDAY
The School Council have chosen to raise money for the RSPCA, so the children are asked to bring in a £1 donation or tins of cat/dog food for the charity.
They can dress up as an animal, or they can wear stripes, spots or animal prints.  Foundation and KS1 children can also bring in a soft animal toy.
There will be activities and games and art activities in classes too.

FOUNDATION SANDPIT DAMAGED
We are sad to inform parents that the cover for the sandpit in the Foundation area has been irreparably damaged.  During school hours the children are NOT ALLOWED to stand on the cover, however, we are afraid that some parents who come into this area to drop off or collect do not supervise their children and allow them to stand or jump on this lid.
A very kind parent has offered to supply the wood and his own time to create a new cover for the sandpit, on the proviso that parents take responsibility to supervise their children before and after school in this area, and DO NO LET THEM ON THE COVER.
Thank you for your co-operation in this.

PHILOSOPHY CLUB
There has been a delay with establishing this club; a letter will be given to year 5-6 pupils once details are confirmed.

GOING HOME CHANGES & PRE-PLANNED MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
Please remember to give a note to the class teacher (or to your child to give to them) if your child is going home with a different person to ‘normal’ OR before the date that they have  any pre-planned medical appointments (eg Dentist, Hospital, Doctors etc.)
