MATHS WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS – Would you attend an evening session?
We have had a request to run an evening Maths Workshop – the same one as we did in the day time last year.  If you would like to attend an evening session we would welcome a response on the attached slip to give us an idea how much interest there would be.
Please return the slip by Monday 16 March.  Thank you.

FRIENDS EASTER DISCO – FRIDAY 13 MARCH
Parents must complete ALL the details on the ticket order form and send in with payment before the deadline of Wednesday 11 March to avoid disappointment.
There may be a very small number of tickets on the door but only for those children whose parents will be willing to stay & help for the event.

ONLINE DINNER PAYMENTS ARE PROVING SUCCESSFUL
We now have a good proportion of parents paying on-line for school dinners.  If you wish to give it a try please do so. You can access the SCC payment site via the link on the PARENT INFORMATION page of our website http://www.roberthitchams.ik.org/
In order for your payments to register on our system on a Monday when we reconcile the dinner money, you will need to make the online payment on a Friday.
You can overpay if you owe dinner money, but you have to write the details in the comments box so we know what the extra payment is for.
Don’t worry if you have made payments and then your child has decided not to have a hot dinner, or were off sick, as all payments will just carry forward.

IF YOU STILL PAY BY CHEQUE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT
YOUR CHILD’S NAME & CLASS ON THE BACK OF THE CHEQUE,
WITHOUT THIS IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO MATCH PAYMENT TO THE CORRECT CHILD.

CLASS PHOTOS – Wednesday 25 March
Class photos are a bit earlier this year (normally in June), the change was made following feedback from the parent council about costs.  Taking the photos this term has enabled us to agree a special deal to reduce the purchase price for parents.
Please can we ask that all children bring their school sweatshirt with them on Wednesday 25 March for the class photos.  Thank you.

EASTER SERVICE NOTICE – THURSDAY 26 MARCH
The service is being prepared and run by children from class EM and JA, so we would welcome the parents or grandparents of these pupils to St Michael’s Church on 26 March at 1.30pm.
