The Reception classes have Muddy Mondays every week. All through out the year we have enjoyed Forest School sessions at Robin Wood every Monday morning. This week we spent the whole day taking part in activities based around the story 'Where the Wild Things Are' by Maurice Sendak. We made and played with boats using bark, we drew maps and we made mud faces inspired by the Wild things. We also cooked lunch on an open fire which was a real feast. We had cheesy mash, hot dogs and beans. Mrs Aldred made us some yummy biscuits too. Mrs Waddell also cooked popcorn for us which was really exciting.
