Nursery Jubilee celebrations

We have had a busy week along with the rest of the school celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. 

We have been sharing lots of books to learn about the Queen and London, as well as doing a mini study on New Zealand as part of the whole school Commonwealth learning. We have shared some fiction books with the Queen in too, including The Queen's Hat, The Queen's Lift Off, The Queen's Present and The Queen's Knickers!

We have learnt about the Union Jack flag and took part in our own relay Runathon raising money with the rest of the school for EACH.

We loved wearing red white and blue and waving to the whole school parade today. 

We also decorated our own special table cloth in red, white and blue and finished our week with a celebration tea party!
