Over the past week, RJKH have been fortunate to have two very special language lessons from wonderful guests. Last Thursday, Bella, a Year 10 student from Thomas Mills High School, taught the pupils numbers in German and engaged them with interesting facts about the country.
Today, we have been fortunate enough to have a Malaysian visitor, who taught our pupils greetings, and numbers in Malay. We also learnt fascinating facts about food, animals and cultural expectations. We learnt that it is polite to stand until the pupil is at the front of the classroom. It has been an amazing few days of language learning. Thank you so much to Mrs Lucas, who has made this all happen for us!
