On Friday 14th June Nursery joined with the Reception
children and we had a wonderful trip to Aldeburgh.
We got to go on the
big bus, have snack on the beach, watch and listen to the waves breaking on the
pebbles, fly kites, visit the Lifeboat station and try on some of their clothes
and then enjoy a picnic and some music from the bandstand before walking along
the crag path and then catching the bus back to school.
Mrs Poacher and Mrs Cooper had the challenge of getting all the lifeboat gear
on in 30 seconds! It was very tricky and very heavy and hot under all that
equipment but I think the children enjoyed seeing us kitted out.
The children were absolute stars, and we were so proud to be with them all.
Thank you for letting us take them out for the day, and thank you to our
helpers too!
