The purple team were raft building this morning.
We
learnt how to tie two special knots, a square lashing knot and a bow line knot
to make the rafts. We were taught how to keep safe on the water and then we
were let loose. The children had to work as a team to manoeuvre about using
their paddles, and of course the children ended up splashing in the water. What
a great experience!
