About You
We are seeking someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with children both in a whole-class environment and in providing tailored, individual support.
- Confident in supporting learning across the primary curriculum.
- Willing to take direction from the class teacher, while also demonstrating initiative when required.
- Experienced in working with children and eager to further develop their skills.
- Competent in using IT systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams is essential. Knowledge of Arbor and ParentMail would be an advantage, though training will be provided.
- A team player who remains calm, flexible and organised in a busy school environment.
- Previous experience working in a school setting would be beneficial.
- Supportive of the Christian ethos of the school.

Salary: Grade 2 - 32.5 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks per year)
