The annual athletics event took place at Thomas Mills High school this week for boys and girls in years 5 and 6. SRH Framlingham took a squad of 30 children to take part in track and field events.
There were the usual sprint races, relays and 600 metre races on the track. On the field there were also throwing and jumping events.
Nearly three quarters of the SRH squad came away with a winners medal. There were also certificates for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

As she did in the cross country, Georgina proved to be a champion middle distance runner on the track.
