On three Monday afternoons we did sewing as a class; we
were making bags.
Before we did our sewing we had to make a plan about how
we were going to make our bags and what we were going to put on them.
Although we could
choose what design we could do on our bags, the bags had to have a water theme to it,
to fit in with our FLOW topic.
Here are some examples of a water theme that
children decided to create: waterfalls, rivers, water fountains, the beach and
sea, and even the sunset over the sea.
