Classes VW and JA had a great time at Framlingham Mere earlier this week.
We are very
grateful to The Suffolk Wildlife Trust (Bev and Gillian) for hosting our visit.
We all enjoyed bug
hunting, squelching through the mud to examine the meadows, mapping the Mere and
meadows, examining the flora and fauna and sketching.
Everybody managed to walk
around the whole of the Mere which was an achievement in itself due to the wet
conditions we have been experiencing recently. Nobody managed to fall into the
mud and we were impressed by how much learning took place.
