Hitcham's Head Chef

Another week of amazing cooking by the remaining Year 6 children today. Incredibly complex and ambitious dishes were prepared for us of Australian Zucchini slice, Cottage Pie, Chicken soup with noodles and vegetables, Chicken and potato gratin and Meatball melt with linguine. The children excelled themselves again and should be so proud. It was a pleasure to see them at work demonstrating their organisation and cookery skills. The smells were amazing and tempted a number of the staff to pop by at tasting time too. 
Thanks again to Mrs Lawley for helping with the judging, an unenviable task!

Next week we welcome the Year 5 chefs. We can't wait.
