Yesterday we were treated to the final round of Hitcham's Head Chef. The children once again impressed. They worked methodically and calmly with a wonderful confidence to prepare and cook Lemon and garlic baked salmon with asparagus and wedges, Tuna pasta bake and Chili con carne. The smells coming from the kitchen classroom were amazing once again. Big thanks to Mrs Aldred who came to judge this week. We did not envy her task. Each of the dishes looked and tasted delicious!
Big thanks are also due to Mrs Jenkins and Miss Dineen for giving up their time to help the competition run and for their support and encouragement of all the competitors, and also to our fabulous parents who have supported, encouraged and eaten all the practise attempts. Thank you!
