Ben Parry, Director of the National Youth Choir and Assistant Director of Music at Kings College, Cambridge, hosted this masterclass. Mr Parry worked with the high school’s Senior Choir, Chamber Choir and our Firebirds and Larks, in addition, the Phoenix Singers were involved.
Each choir took in turn to sing a prepared piece which Mr Parry will work on. The last twenty minutes of the session involved all choirs learning and performing a piece together directed by Mr Parry.
Our children performed beautifully and were a credit to our school.
