As part of our Islam unit in RE, LKS2 have been transforming some unwanted cereal boxes into replica mosques; a Muslim place of worship.
To inspire us we took a virtual tour of a mosque in Sheffield and then looked at photos of mosques from around the world.
We then used our cardboard boxes to create our own replicas by sketching, cutting and shaping them into a mosque before decorating with islamic patterns and symbols.
