Yesterday afternoon and evening we sent two teams to the district tournament held at Worlingworth Cricket Club.
There were 8 other school taking part split into 2 groups of 5.
Both Framlingham teams won all of their group games.
For our young B Team (mainly boys from years 5 and 4) this was a great achievement - particularly beating Debenham School by 24 runs in the deciding match in the group.
The Fram A team won their group comfortably with some excellent batting and bowling from the whole squad.
In the all Framlingham Final (between the 2 group winners) the A team proved to be too strong particularly in the batting department.
It was, though, great for the school to receive the winners and runners-up medals - demonstrating the strength of cricket in the school.
The A team will play in the county finals next week.
