LH have studied and evaluated different designs of torches
and their use. As a result, the children then designed and planned their
own torches. In addition, they examined different switches using split
pins, paper clips and the conventional switch. After tweaking their
designs, LH had an industrious day; firstly making their own circuits before
fitting them into the housing made from kitchen rolls. The children then
decorated their torches and evaluated them against their original designs.
Mrs Hall was so proud and impressed by the way that all the children
worked together and helped each other when they became stuck. Fantastic
work LH!
