IMPORTANT Information for Parents from PARENTMAIL
To follow up on the original communication from March 2023 regarding how all users log into ParentMail, we’ve been improving the security of IRIS ParentMail by introducing IRIS Identity (https://help.iris.co.uk/identity/about/about-IRIS-identity.htm ) a solution that allows you to use the same account to log into all your IRIS Software products.
Since the 28th March 2023, we have successfully migrated over 90% of ParentMail schools to IRIS Identity for both parent / carers and school users. We are expecting the final phase to be completed by the end of the school term.
As a reminder, when your account has been updated, you’ll be asked to create a new password to confirm set up of your IRIS Identity account when you next log in.
