Thanks to the planning of Mrs Cockle (our Foreign Languages co-ordinator) and the support of Mrs Hoare (who teaches the French Club) the children were taken to a 'French Bistro' in the cookery room. Here they chose their crepe topping and drink from the menu, which they ordered in French.
Huge thanks must also go to Mrs Jenkins who has cooked hundreds of crepes for this!
To finish the day Mrs Cockle held a KS2 assembly to which the children brought the Mardi Gras masks that they had made today.
