'Moon Zoom' takes off in LH

After break today, Class LH found parts of an alien space ship scattered around the classroom.  There was a note left for us to read and we discovered how we would be using this experience to help us find out about famous astronauts, the solar system, star constellations and the moon. 

The parts were mainly silver and smooth but some felt very rough.  We had to be careful in case any of the pieces were still hot!! We tried to discover which part of the space ship they could have been from by examining the pieces and we had a great discussion about this.  It got very confusing trying to piece them together but we persevered and came up with some solutions.
