In preparation for their trip to London and the Houses of Parliament today, the children drafted formal letters to their MP outlining their views on the Year 6 SATs papers.
They will be delivering these letters during their visit to Parliament today in the hope that their voices might contribute to future discussions about the role of SATs within the curriculum.
As part of their preparation, we researched a range of statistics and evidence to help them construct well-informed, balanced arguments to support their viewpoints.
