We are delighted to be recruiting for a Family Support Worker to join our happy school.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in offering practical and emotional support to our children, parents and families. We are looking for someone with a commitment to supporting others to help us expand our early help offer and support us in safeguarding our children and their futures. The Candidate will:
- demonstrate a positive and vibrant ethos;
- have excellent communication skills
- hold a Level 3 NVQ in social care/child care or equivalent
- have the ability to independently deliver interventions
- previous experience preferred but not essential
- play a crucial role in offering practical and emotional support to our children, parents, and families
- provide Nurture Groups at lunchtimes
- have a commitment to supporting others to help us expand our early help offer and support us in safeguarding our children and their futures
In addition, you should be passionate about children’s learning, have high expectations and be supportive of the Christian ethos of the school.
The role is Part Time role for 28 hrs per week 38 weeks per year. This is a Fixed Term contract to 31/8/2023, required from Spring Term 2023, Salary Grade 4 Pt 14.
