Nursery have been continuing to enjoy exploring and retelling stories over the past two weeks. In our first week back after half term we learnt the story of Noah's Ark and enjoyed retelling it with the small world set up, making pairs and pretending to be animals from the ark in PE and for our acting time. We also enjoyed singing Noah's Ark songs during the week and in our music session with Mrs Johnson.
Last week we continued with exploring colour and patterns and had the most wonderful time celebrating World Book Day with the whole school, loving all the costumes and sharing books with some of the older children. Wonderful! We also enjoyed retelling The Very Hungry Caterpillar story and learning about the lifecycle of the butterfly too.
