Last week in Nursery we enjoyed having our parents visit for a Stay and Play, as well as sharing a story about keeping safe on line for Internet Safety Day, fitting in with activities across the whole school.
The children have been really relishing all types of construction over the last few weeks, be it large scale building obstacle courses or small scale using the sticklebricks, duplo and mobilo. This week we also got some more technical construction resources out and the children learned how to use the nuts and bolts to join the pieces.
We also enjoyed burning off some energy on the big playground together! Lots of fun learning about how to move about at speed while changing direction and avoiding obstacles (each other!) and also playing What's the time Mr Wolf? to practise our counting and reciting numbers.
