Healthy Salsa time!

Last week, as food technicians, MS and MB made Mexican Salsa as part of our 'Hola Mexico' topic. The children were taught how to hold a knife correctly to chop tomatoes and spring onions. They then used scissors to cut the coriander. Once the salsa was made, all the children had an opportunity to taste it on a wrap. Most of the children liked the taste and said they would like to make it again!
