A musical treat on the violins

Congratulations to our very talented Violin pupils who gave a brilliant performance led by their tutor, Mrs Fell, in a terrific concert to friends and family. It was so lovely to see the progress that these budding musicians showed and how their confidence at playing their violins is increasing.  Well done and thank you to everyone who took part and also to family and friends who supported the children at the concert.

We were also treated to a performance by the Mills Quartet who played some music by Mozart. It was one of their last performances as a group which originated when they started playing here at Sir Robert Hitcham's Primary over 8 years ago!! It was a truly inspirational and moving moment - and as Mrs Fell reminded the students, see what can happen when you keep practicing and keep working hard at playing an instrument.
