Rev'd Chris Davey and Rev'd Mary Lamb led the Key Stage 2 Worship yesterday in memory of Mrs Harold, our wonderful teaching assistant of 20 years, who sadly passed away at the weekend from a sudden illness.
Rev'd Davey spoke about our school being a better place because of Mrs Harold, who was always there to help us, and was so kind and so caring. She wanted the best for every child, so we can all best serve her memory by being the best that we can be, by being kind and helpful and caring, as she was.
We are creating a 'Tree of Love' for Mrs Harold, with messages written in hearts by the children (if they wish to) and by her friends and colleagues in school, and these hearts will be hung on to the branches over the coming weeks.

We ask you to welcome her home into heaven
And to surround her with your love and healing.
We pray for Mrs Harold's family in their sadness
And for our school family who will miss her very much
And walk with us as we learn to live without her
Here in our school.
