The children in LKs2 have been learning about Hinduism.
Class CR made some shadow puppets of the characters from the
story of Sita and Rama and Diwali.
The children acted out and retold the story which explores
the concept of Sita and Rama being inspirational to Hindu’s and reflects their
dharma – the good way they are expected to live.
We found many comparisons to our own stories in
Christianity. CR children are becoming inspirational story tellers.
